The wonders of liver flushes and coffee enemas for menopausal hot flashes and detoxing
I had very good improvement in my colon after several colonic irrigation sessions as previously reported on… but menopause has really messed up my colon again. I was having loads of hot flashes around the clock and constipation.
As I had a little enema kit at home for emergencies I decided to try coffee enemas for my constipation as well as liver congestion which appeared to be a problem as well (also a known “symptom” of menopause).
Menopause hit like a tsunami after my mother died. Maybe it was the shock of my mother dying who knows… but my body decided just to stop working. I wasn’t evacuating waste well and my abdomen was very bloated, again.
At the time, I didn’t suspect parasite involvement with these menopausal symptoms as I’d already expelled tons and tons of various varieties of worms and other critters.
My partner at the time had been diagnosed with “fatty liver” and I had suggested he do a liver flush according to the Hulda Clarke recipe. I joined him and expelled alot of junk and miraculously the hot flashes reduced dramatically. I did a few more liver flushes and then got onto the coffe enemas.
After several coffee enemas and one mixed with white vinegar (two tablespoons) I expelled an enormous thick ascaris. I was horrified… Perhaps I should have known better as during one particular colonic irrigation session I had seen loads of eggs on the floor of the toilet after the session… and it was then that I realised that when you read about worms laying tons of eggs, it is no joke.. they do… Therefore, it really is hard getting to all these eggs and killing them off. Back in the earlier days I had used cloves but it seems this had not cleaned me up in totality.
Interestingly my menopausal hot flashes cleared up almost immediately after the liver flush and more improvment after passing the ascaris. I believe menopausal hot flashes are probably are a toxicity issue (parasites mainly) but ofcourse mainstream medicine doesn’t go there.
Following the ascaris surprise I decided to do a CoQ10 megadose. This megadose produced about 3 pieces of tape worm. I am not sure whether the head was passed.. so at this stage I am continuing with large doses of CoQ10. The movement, biting and stinging and migration is most upsetting. I once read, once you start cleansing, it is a very long process, and whilst my health is incredibly improved since I first started my journey, I still have a while to go…
Addendum: If you suffer with reflux coffee enemas are not recommended as coffee will exacerbate your symptoms.
