Candida spreads fast! (Part 3)
Back to my symptoms.
During summer 2007, I realized something was going on with my body. I was worried. I had eczemas in my hands and arms that I had never had before (and haven’t had after recovering from candida one year and a half later), I experienced pretty bad breath… pinworms were there, vaginal thrush was there, by September sometimes I would feel that all the mucosa from my throat to my stomach was tremendously irritated with no flu. Later on I discovered that these were all symptoms of systemic candida.
During summer though, the stomach pains, bloating and nausea I had experienced since February got better, and I didn’t have them on a day to day basis. Most days I was not feverish either.
In September I went to a GP and he told me everything was psychosomatic. He could treat B.Hominis if I wanted to¿? Yes, that was his exact response. On this doctor’s behalf, though, I have to say that, during the following year, he accepted to draw referral slips for extensive blood tests and more stool tests so that they could be carried out through him. So, he thought nothing was wrong with me, but was willing to at least accept more tests, even if they were ordered by another practitioner.
So, this was when I started searching and discovered chronic candida, and wow, some of my symptoms matched! I looked for a practitioner. I found one, and in October I had my first visit. This ND knew a lot about candida, but almost nothing about parasites. With his protocol, problems with parasites were about to turn VERY serious.
Jees! Good of him to ask !
