laylaHi there, thanks for your blog it's very interesting. I would just like to comment on you being "underweight". I am same height ans same size as you and don't consider myself underweight. If you read about ayurveda body types, you may find out you are a vata type and therefore have a naturally low bone density. Body mass indexes etc are no good for our body types ! Have you tried to read Andreas Moritz "Timeless secrets of health and rejunevation"? You might find a lot of answers regarding all this in his book. It really made a huge change in the way I looked at my health. Wich you the best

Hi Layla
Thank you for your response. Have you always been your weight? The weight has fallen off me since I've been ill. I get comments about my weight all the time. My own doctor commented on it and it was the first thing he noticed. People who know me very well notice it too. But, more importantly, I know I am underweight. I used to be a healthy 10, 10. I believe the parasites I harbour are the cause of my weight loss.

Hello Fiona
Thank you for your kind wishes. You ask which tests I had done. I had - sputum, urine and stool.

I wish I could go into it more but you'd be better reading my blog. It's why I started this. To tell my story, and it's a long one. I go into detail about my tests, results and even post many micrographs relating to them. I tell my story from when I first fell ill to the present day.

Parasites are very difficult to diagnose, it's what I found in my search to regain my health. I just wish I found RHR earlier than I did.

CurlysueHello Sweety, I know it is kind of a late response but I was just browsing and apparently was directed to this blog. Have you had your different blood tests done, are you sexually active? If so, I would do some test to be on the safe side of this condition especially to explain the night sweats and fever!

Good luck and donot worry about things too much...I am hoping that you may have already recieved a diagnosis and that you can let us know how you are keeping now!

God Bless you and he will surely see you through.

I was eventually sent to an Infectious Disease Specialist. This was only after I showed my own doctor my micrographs I had done privately. My doctor did not hesitate to refer me. I will be making an update post on how I got on at that appointment. The apointment at Infectious Disease was not pleasant at all. I found it very difficult to get across what I've been through and I felt the doctor didn't believe me.

But I have to say, more recently, I've been feeling much, much better.

Thank you for your kind words.

PS. You advise that I get some tests done to be on the safe side of "this condition especially to explain the night sweats and fever".

I'm not entirely sure what you mean here?? I'm a bit confused. Parasites can be very difficult to diagnose and it's been my opinion from what I have been through that negative tests can be more common than you think. Fevers and nights sweats are also symptoms of a parasite infection. My fevers and night sweats have got much better since I've been feeling better. They are not happening as often.

MexicoThank you for this site. I have suffered similar symptoms. Most perplexing have been the red track line marks you described. What did your doctors say about those? I have seen several doctors about mine and they think I am crazy....

Comment from: Jane [Member]
My doctor didn't say much about these red track lines. Nothing at all in fact.

My doctor sent me to Infectious Disease specialist. It was a nightmare. The specialist more or less said it was all in my head. From day one, the shear mention of parasites, they don't want to know. That's been my experience.

He didn't quite say the words, but I knew he was telling me all of this was in my head.

Hi Denise

Thank you for your comment. I find it easier to cope with when others can relate to what I'm going through. I too, have spent a fortune, thousands of pounds trying to regain my health. I too have been back and forth to my doctors over the years. I was recently referred to an Infectious Disease Specialist but the only parasite test they did was for toxicaris and it came back negative. I got the distinct impression the specialist didn't believe me. He more or less told me it was in my head.

I couldn't believe when I read that it took you 32 years to diagnosed! Blimey!

Feel free to email me at my rhr address.

I wish you well in your treatment. All the very best.

I have done many parasite cleanses, not much difference, took threelac hulda clark at the moment I am taking colostrum and colferrin seems a bit better, I would just like a proper diagnoses. how come the pathologists can work out what was wrong and what someone died of but havent got a clue with the living. bizarre...running out of energy its been over four years now.
can anyone help this useless case.

Wish you all well JJ

Hi Jackie

I can relate to everything that you have listed. It can be a very lonely time for the sufferer too. I know how you feel.

I've tried many parasite cleanses that didn't make much difference to my symptoms either. I'm presently trying another protocol right now. It's early days, I'm only just starting week 3.

All the best.

Jane.

MarjorieGenova Diagnostics can check for parasites in your stool. They found Blastocystis Hominis in my stool last year. It's a very difficult one to eradicate. You can go to the Bad Bugs website to read more about it!

TerryThanks for having this forum.
I have traveled around the world when I was young and since then I have acquired the following symptoms:
1. I came home with sever diarrhea which lasted for months. Nothing was detected in my stool samples or urine.
2. The diarrhea only subsided after taking a massive of multiple antibotics.
3. From that point forward every summer the skin on the palms of my hands would peel.
2. Pimples forms on my scalp yet when squeezed only a clear liquid emerged.
3. Now I am beginning to feel things crawling under my scalp.
Any suggestions?

benefits of vitamin d3Speaking of vitamin D, it behaves in such a way inside the body that it is classified as a hormone. It is involved in an important task known as the mineral homeostasis that deals with the regulation of the gene expression and also that of cellular differentiation.

Jane, I sympathise because I have suffered exactly the same.

9/10 people suffer with parasites but
in our case, it is chronic. And yes, it's very much a mind, body thing.

However, you can improve your health greatly. Miraculously. With dedication and determination.
Interested?

NikkiIm a 32 year old female and I have had many of the same symptoms for awhile now. Im suffering from forgetfulness, puffiness in hands and feet, itchy skin, tingle in hands or feet, headaches, ongoing sinus problem and allergies, low energy, anxiety/nervousness, constantly feeling "under the weather"...just a list of various thing that stretch across different areas. My mother referred an internal medicine doctor in my area. He recommends that everyone(including children) deworm their bodies twice a year for the rest of their lived, as various parasites and bacterias are housed in our bodies through food comsumption(not just meat, parasites are also on the veggies we consume). I will begin my 10 day process tomorrow which is 30 drops of black walnut oil and two drops of citricidal liquid 3xs a day. Taken in water or juice on an empty stomach. As I stated, I was just given this information but wanted to share the info...i will post again after the cleanse with my results and an update.

Hello Nikki

Thank you for your comment. You do have quite a list of symptoms. I do hope you will comment on your progress with your health. Please do :-)

With regards to your comment 'under the weather', feeling even just under the weather gets you down, yes, I understand that but it's not quite how I would describe my symptoms when I felt seriously ill. For years I experienced very intense, aggressive symptoms. Although I'm doing much better now, looking back, the heart, chest and breathlessness symptoms scared me the most. The severe dizziness was frightful too.

Good luck with your health.

FyrecrackerHi Jane,

I was browsing for "parasite die off symptoms" because I am treating parasites right now. Your symptoms sound similar to mine.

"Cat Scratch" = Bartonella
Night sweats/fever = Babesia

Hoping you are feeling better than when you posted this article. I am treating lyme, bartonella and babesia and all of those symptoms you listed screamed THAT.

I've been misdiagnosed with fibromyalgia and have many of your symptoms listed. I tested positive for Lyme bacteria Borrelia Burgdorferi and Trichinella and am treating for that now as well. I'm your height, at 113 lbs.

Could it be parasites, yes. Lyme disease causes a whole gamut of health problems. Babesia is a blood parasite. Bartonella is another bacteria often referred to as Cat Scratch Fever.

Just wanted to throw that out there as something you may consider if you haven't already. A Western Blot is the test of choice through Igenex. If you'd like more info, feel free to email me directly.

Best Wishes :)

Not one doctor said anything they just wrote it down and I started reading it . If you say lymes in this state they close the doors on you. I have had blood work with held but I am trying to retreive it. I finally convinced one doctor to do a western blot but that is not always accurate.
Thanks for listening God be with us all.

DR IS DOING MANY BLOOD TESTS ON ME NOW THAT IT HAS REAPPEARED. WENT THROUGH SO MUCH! ACCUSED OF SELF MUTILATION & BEING DELUSIONAL. THANK GOD I HAVE MEDICAL BACKGROUND SO KNEW I WAS NOT AS ACCUSED. LESIONS, BLISTERS & TUNNELING IN SKIN BEGAN IN PLACES ON BACK I COULD NOT EVEN REACH!

SHERRYHOPING SOMEONE MIGHT HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH & CAN HELP ME WITH WHAT I AM ABOUT TO DESCRIBE AS THE FOLLOWING.......
THEY ARE DIAMOND SHAPED "THINGS" ( TICKS, LARVAE?) WITH TINY "SUCKER" LIKE NOSE ON UNDERSIDE ALL OVER MY HOUSE & OUTSIDE OF HOUSE. GET ON ME & "SINK" RIGHT INTO MY SKIN THEN FORM A BLISTER. HAVE TO BE REMOVED LIKE A TICK OR ESCAR WILL NOT HEAL. BEFORE I FIGURED THIS OUT.....HAD ESCARS (SCABS) ON ALL OF THEM FOR 6-8 WEEKS.
ALSO HAVE APPARENT PARASITE WHICH IS LIKE 2 TINY OVAL SHAPED THINGS (ALMOST CLEAR) TOGETHER WHICH MELT RIGHT INTO MY SKIN .....& CAUSES SAME PROBLEM.
WAS TOLD TO APPLY PERMETHERIN SCALP TO TOES & LEAVE ON FOR 12 HOURS & NOT TO "FREAK" OUT NUT ALL SORTS OF "THINGS" WOULD COME OUT OF ME THRU EVERY ORIFICE & SKIN. THEY DID & I FREAKED. HAD TO DO THIS 2 TIMES. THE LESIONS THEMSELVES & THE EDIT WOUNDS LEFT BAD SCARS. THEN THE DIAGNOSIS HAD BEEN BLISTER BEETLE DERMATITIS. THOUGHT IT WAS OVER.......NO....HAS STARTED ALL OVER AGAIN & THIS TIME I HAVE DEER TICK NYMPHS GETTING ME TOO. MIGHT HAVE BEEN FIRST TIME & JUST DID NOT KNOW THEY WERE ON ME AS WELL AS THE BEETLE.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME?? THANKS
12/31/11 @ 20:12
Comment from: Jane [Member]
Could it be cat-scratch? You mention your pet cat. Have you been tested for this? Have you tried searching online and looking at pictures of your lesions, blisters etc., to see if you can relate to anything? Lesions, blisters, tunneling, sure does sounds like there's something under your skin.

'Blister beetle dermatitis' - I've never heard of it. Deer ticks are related to lyme disease. Have you been tested for lyme?

Being accused of self-mutilation and delusional, you must find that very upsetting. Delusional, yes, I've had that reference too and it isn't fair.

Anyone else 'out there' with any advice?
