Is that a tape worm? Thank god you got it out. How do you account for getting it out? Congratulations! Also... I'm very familiar with a certain nasal smell.. the smell of worms... its quite a distinct smell! ugh!

You're the first person that's commented regarding my post. Thank you. I was hoping for a bit more feedback because I'm unsure as to what it is. My first thought was ascaris (due to diagnosis years ago). I didn't think tape because it wasn't flat nor did it appear ribbon-like. How it came up? I began to experience coughing bouts and I coughed so hard up it came!

With regards to the nasal odour, I noticed this again at the time I was experiencing the coughing bouts, although the odour was less intense than before. I find the odour very distressing indeed not only did I suffer terrible nasal odour which was absolutely foul it appeared to come out of my pores too. It's the most distressing thing ever!

Yeah I'm just wondering if that is a small tape because of the segmenting and the head which is quite distinct. I'm kind of aware that the worms we pass always don't look exactly like what's in the text books but it does look definintely like a worm to me... If I ever get the :censored: out of my throat, I promise to upload a picture!

Hi Paige

Thank you for your comments. Feedback is always good.

You say the head is quite distinct. Which end is the head?

the one closest to the bottom of the screen looks like it has a head at the far left of the creature?

Fatty & fried foods
Tomato products
Citrus juice & fruits
Carbonated beverages
Reclining after eating
Eating large meals
Eating before going to bed
Heavy lifting
Bending over at the waist
Wearing tight clothing that constricts the mid-portion of the body
Carminatives (peppermint, spearmint, cinnamon, garlic, onions, rosemary, basil

DeardoctormomHi. I read about what you wrote but have not read all your posts, and would like to ask if you have tried a course of black walnut hulls. This is a herb that is very bitter and will naturally rid your body of parasites and worms. You can get it from health food stores. It is great anti parasitic.

Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it.

Yes, yes, yes. I've tried numerous parasite cleanses over the years. Capsule formulas, syrup formulas, tincture formulas, most of which contain Wormwood, Black Walnut Hulls and Cloves. Many formulas I've tried contained these 3 important herbs but also many other herbs that help with the process.

I wasn't seeing a lot of change when I first started to deal with my symptoms. It took years before I felt a difference in my symptoms. Over the years, the more cleanses I have done, the better I have felt. I have been taking many different herbs, not just anti-parasitics but also anti-lyme, immune boosting herbs, enzymes, detox herbs, anti-bacterials/fungals/virals, digestive aids etc.

Hello 'in&out'

Thank you for your comment.

There is documentation of a woman who experienced breathlessness, wheezing, persistent coughing, flu-like symptoms, fever, exhaustion, tightness in chest. (Monsters Inside Me programme).

The woman vomitted up what she described to be white worms and there were many of them. At first she thought it was stringy mucus but she saw something moving. The vomitting began when she was at home (witnessed by friends and her mother). She was taken to hospital. She was vomitting again, whilst in the hospital she went to the toilet where she vomitted up more of the same. She collected a sample and presented it to the nurses.

It was found to be ascaris worms. And there were many.

She was also diagnosed as suffering from asthma.

I actually watched the Monsters Inside Me programme which showed this case. Here's the post in my own words as to how I understood the programme. See Case 2 listed in the post.

Ascaris does affect the lungs, eggs are laid and coughed up.

bcimI have the same stringy type phlegm often. It is always associated with wheezing at night (mostly) and doesn't always occur. It goes away after a week or so, usually. However, once it starts, only an inhaler provides any relief. I exercise a great deal, triathlon training mostly so I am in good physical condition. I was told that I have exercise induced asthma. Not all my phlegm has these stringy parts to it but when it does, I cough them up and after a few days I breath easier and wheezing goes away once they do. I don't think Ive ever seen then move.

Dori HertzbergThank you for all of your posts. It is so frustrating that doctors look at you like they doubt your sanity regarding this. I too have the white stringy (multiple)ones. I find the best way to loosen them to come up and out is to gargle a small amount of coconut oil, which I also swish in my mouth. I also was experiencing them actually biting in my nasal passages, so I used the oil on q tips in my nose. I find if I ingest the oil in my digestive system, it loosens them from my intestinal tract as well. They multiply and grow like crazy, so this becomes a daily ritual. Using liquid oil of oregano in cooking (very strong) also pushes them through you digestive system. Problem is, how do you totally get rid of them???
