Hi, it’s been a while since I last posted.
Its not easy to find answers to your health problems when you can’t think straight; aka brain fog.
More than 2 years down the track now, and with a much clearer mind, I can now see the difference.
This information is for those who want validation or who refuse to give up on their rights for better health. The home method of preserving parasites is described at the end of this.
When a parasite is found it is a good idea to preserve the specimen to determine if it is a worm and not a ‘food fiber’. Quite often the specimen is put in a jar with rubbing alcohol, water, or nothing at all to discover that it has broken down into an unidentifiable object; unfortunately, embarrassment may occur when you have proof with bringing evidence to a doctor and there is nothing to show, except a jar full of mush. This enforces a doctor’s assumption that you’re “delusional” - case closed. No further questions are asked or even a required lab test.
Dengue Fever is an infection caused by mosquitoes. Some infections can be life-threatening, but in many cases a person suffers through the ordeal with toughing it out. According to doctors, there are no known “cures” once infected. However, a friend shared with me how Dengue Fever is handled by the local people in Malaysia and gave me permission to share the following:
I like to share this remedy used in Malaysia… actually, I have heard from a lot of people that juice of the papaya leaves alleviates Dengue. This is from true people & true experience.
I can tell you from experience and communicating with many people that getting rid of parasites isn’t a simple matter. Whether you choose to take herbal or pharmaceutical medicines to get rid of your problem, please don’t believe anyone who makes claims that a 3-day or 30-day program will be sufficient. Cleaning parasites from your body along with reclaiming your health can be expensive - it takes a lot of time and patience. Parasites are smarter than you think.
Once a person has been infected can they be healed or live a normal life again? I believe that it is possible given the amount of time involved, infection rate, and a well designed protocol strategy. Perhaps, you were never told a few things that might be sabotaging your efforts?
When considering a protocol the focus should be killing off all pathogenic microbes in their symbiotic relationships rather than just focusing on worm parasites or whatever. This is a subject that has come up recently with a few bloggers who contacted me; I know that some of them will write about their experiences. I thought that I’d write on co-infections that have symbiotic parasitic relationships, die-off, and toxins. This can be confusing for people as their body is reacting to what is going on.
The warm weather called for wearing sandals, but three weeks ago something rather interesting occurred. A sandal strap rubbed against my toe and made a surface scrape without drawing blood; I had worn those shoes many times before and never had that problem. This small skin scrape didn’t heal within 1-2 days as it should with new healthy skin. Several days later I noticed that the spot turned dark black with a raised scab and whenever I wore closed shoes it would get irritated. It became progressively worse when I could see a streak of blackness extending from the sore along the toe with tender pain that went deep. I knew that this might be more serious than I had initially realized and my concern grew.
I started my protocol at the beginning of May. I was advised to follow the protocol for a period of 3-4 weeks and to re-evaluate my situation thereafter. Seven+ weeks on, since commencing, I feel great. )) It hasn’t always been great since starting the protocol. I’ve had some really bad days  but as the weeks have went by I’ve been feeling better and better!
I read somewhere recently that systemic candida is very rare. Maybe it is. I don’t know for sure, but I know I had it as I had symptoms throughout the whole body
When I started Iodine I noticed almost immediately I felt better and over time I noticed a change in my symptoms. It’s quite remarkable stuff.
At this stage in my journey, I knew I had two new problems in my life to deal with: parasites and candida. I was more concerned about the candida at this point in time because it had, 1. taken over my foot and toe nail, and 2., I was developing strange visual disturbances as if a film was starting to grow over my eyes. I was very concerned thinking that perhaps these visual disturbances were to become permanent.
Herbs can help with Helicobacter pylori [H. pylori]. The parasitic bacterium of H. pylori is spiral-shaped, containing an enzyme [urease] that produces ammonia neutralizing stomach acids, allowing the bacteria to bore into the gastric mucous or epithelial membrane; thus, inflammation occurs and in time the mucousal lining thins resulting in an inflamed painful gut.
There are approximately 29 different strains that exist. It is believed that 50% of the world’s population has been infected by this bacteria passed on via contaminated foods, water, or intimate contact [kissing]. According to research, Turmeric, Licorice root, Thyme, Oregano oil, and lastly, Garlic can significantly reduce the effects of H. pylori. There is ongoing research in this area to eradicate the strains of bacterium. Below are excerpts and sources from publications that highlight the herbal benefits for better understanding on H. pylori.
The foot fungus was a large infection and was tenacious. I remember showing my boyfriend pointing to what looked like a series of red large lumps between my toes and saying “what is this??". He said, “I think that’s tinea". Ewww! I thought. I had never thought I would get tinea!
Especially at my age!
Skeptical Doctors Compound The Problem - Part 2
Restorative Health Research Plus™
In Part One, I made some observations about the medical establishment and their approach to parasite and mold infections. Below are a series of questions on a forum that I participated in [some edits have been made to the original text]. KT had concerns about working with skeptical doctors. I felt that the conversation was worth publishing.

KT: For the future, how would you advise others to get testing done when working with skeptical or otherwise unhelpful medical professionals?
The title of this blog is a bit misleading because I knew I had a candida problem prior to contracting foot fungus because I’ve had recurrent vaginal thrush and the whitest, frothiest, most hidiously looking tongue for as long as I can remember! I can’t remember ever having a pink tongue! But I got used to it… I’d brush vigorously whenever I had to go to the dentist or whenever someone would look into my mouth and I had the chance to clean it up first. I didn’t worry too much about it. But part of me did though; I suppressed half of my concern, and the other half of the concern disappeared in brain fog.
