In my last posts I’ve been describing my onset of parasites and candida symptoms. So, how was I dealing with all of this emotionally? Emotions play a big role in dealing with health situations, and I feel that even more when one may feel sick + misunderstood.
I think of everything that was going on back then, psychologically, for me, the worst was the fact that test results were systematically coming back negative for EVERYTHING that was going on with me! I only had a positive for the cystitis (What that this say about modern medicine test reliance?) I was young. I was a person who liked to have everything under control (I’ve grown up a lot about this). I couldn’t understand.
In May 2007 I decided to have my wisdom teeth extraction (2 of them). I wasn’t feeling any better, but I had been postponing this for a long time, and one of them, which was making its way out, had been infected on and off for the last few months (I wonder if this could have anything to do with being more prone to digestive infections at the moment – an integrative doctor I saw at the time told me it could be related!). Also, this was my last year in college, and the end of May and June were going to be hard work, so I just wanted the procedure out of the way.
February 2007 was the beginning of my journey with health troubles, that started being seemingly innocent but would become scary as time advanced.
I started feeling very nauseous, and had stomach pains, bloating, and light fever (specially at night) for months. At the same time, I had an itchy butt and tremendous wiggling feeling in the rectum area (specially at night too, but also during the day). At that moment, small worms (like tiny rice) were clearly visible in my stools. Even my mom, who would later think I was delusional, recognized them as clear worms.
My name is Olga. I’m Spanish. I’m a woman (in case the name is not familiar to you ), and I’m 29 at the moment.
I’ve had weird health issues going on for the last 6 years now. Unlike others in these blogs, in the present my symptoms are not unbearable, I’m not ok and experience scary symptoms, but most days I can manage more or less, although some nights are hard (later you’ll know why).
Following passing a giant ascaris after doing the vinegar enema (please don’t do this - they are dangerous and may provoke worm scattering) - a few days later I experienced an upward painful migration up my digestive system of several worms - long, and fluke, into the back of my throat and then into my face and beyond into my scallp in the middle of the night… the pain woke me as they moved. Using vinegar to dislodge the giant ascaris forced them up and it was the most stupid thing I have ever done in my cleansing routine. In the past I’ve had migration or so called scattering issues before with ascaris dating back many years (one in my face, one in my bladder - 10 years and more ago) but I’ve never actually felt an acute nocturnal migration into my throat of many worms. Historically, I had once felt an ascaris move back up my anus over night after wandering around god knows where…..
No wonder some people think they have been anally probed by aliens!!!
When it is in fact, it is ascaris going in and out of the anus.
Ease of mind with a test and having knowledge that you aren’t ‘crazy’ is only a small part of the battle with infections. Having a diagnosis does help. After you know what could be ailing you, another process takes place with fighting these infections.
*Edit to post. I’ve been asked to amend the size of my picture I posted regarding what I coughed up so I’ve resized it.
Although I’ve been doing really well health-wise, recently, I developed a bit of a cough. You may wonder, why would I become concerned about a cough? It could be anything? But I’d experienced this before, I knew what I was feeling wasn’t just an ordinary bout of coughing. Something was really aggravating my lungs. I didn’t like what I was experiencing at all. I have reason to be concerned. Although I’m feeling better, I’m still not entirely symptom-free.
I had very good improvement in my colon after several colonic irrigation sessions as previously reported on… but menopause has really messed up my colon again. I was having loads of hot flashes around the clock and constipation.
As I had a little enema kit at home for emergencies I decided to try coffee enemas for my constipation as well as liver congestion which appeared to be a problem as well (also a known “symptom” of menopause).
Sadly misdiagnosis and death rates are increasing. It doesn’t appear that not much has changed within the medical system in general, particularly when it comes to diagnosing an illness. In seeking answers you may have been frustrated in finding out what’s going on in your body or nearing a health crisis.
Years ago, I came across a published article about parasites of a pathologist who speaks out about this problem.
Article ? 2005 American Society for Clinical Pathology
Parasites Not Just ‘Foreign Objects’
Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, at home or abroad, it is important to guard against parasitic infection. Both domestic and foreign travel can present special infectious hazards warn two experts on parasitic infections, members of the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). “Many people mistakenly believe that parasitic infections are uncommon in the United States,” said Tsieh Sun, MD, chief and professor of clinical pathology at North Shore University Hospital-Cornell University Medical College, Manhasset, NY….
…Unfortunately, pathologists are now encountering some parasites that affect everyone, even those with normal immunity.?
I wanted to bring forward a comment to a post all on it’s own. The comment was made in respect to my Floater post I made back in 2009.
